We design and manufacture sterling silver jewelry with fine art jewelry finishes and hand sewn leather accessories. You can find us in gift stores, apparel boutiques, major national catalogs and websites.

Your order is handmade for you in our Emeryville California studio. Jewelry and small leather goods ship within 2 days via USPS Priority mail. Larger leather items (hobos, totes, crossbodies) take 3-5 days to make. Shipping for domestic orders is free.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is not what you expected.

We accept returns and exchanges on all items except for personalized pieces - this includes any initials, engravings or birthstones.

You have two weeks from the day the package was shipped to return your items. Returns must have a note stating the reason for the return/exchange and be in new condition as well as accompanied by the original packaging. In the case of a refund, note we do not refund your shipping costs.

When will I receive my order?

For small leather goods and jewelry, we make your order within 2 business days. Hobos and crossbodies typically take 3-5 days to make. Because we make everything by hand, on occasion, it may take longer to make your order. If it does take a bit longer, we will contact you to let you know the status.

We ship all orders via USPS Priority mail from California.

If you need a specific delivery date, please let us know when you place your order.

I lost an earring - can i get another one?

We can make a single earring for you. Please send us the single earring for us to match. We charge just for the single earring, shipping and any applicable sales tax.

What about repairs?

We are happy to repair or replace your jewelry for you for a small fee. Please contact us to find out more.

Do you have sample sales?

Yes! We have sample sales in our Emeryville studios periodically throughout the year with our largest sales happening during the holidays. Sign up or send us your contact information, and we'll let you know.

What is your jewelry made of?

Almost everything we make is sterling silver, or 23kt gold over sterling. Chains and earwires are either sterling silver or 14kt gold-fill. The black charms and findings are sterling silver oxidized to a heavy black, then covered in a protective wax. Lockets, dogtags and selected small charms are plated brass. If you have a specific question on materials, please contact us.

Please note that our black items are a patina, not a paint. It will wear over time, creating a special high-low finish unique to you and your wear patterns.

For customers with metal allergies: like all plated items, our gold charms have a small amount of nickel under the 23kt gold covering.

How about your leather?

Our leather comes from a California company founded in the 1800s to service the Gold Rush. When the industrial leather tanning processes moved overseas in the 1980s, the company persevered by sourcing hides and having them custom tanned all over the world for specialty manufacturers such as us. Most of the hides we use were originally sourced from the American food chain.

Do you do custom designs?

We make everything in our studio, so many things are possible. Longer necklaces, special color combinations, matching earrings, reach out and ask. Note that we do not work in precious metals or gems, nor do we copy the work of other artists or manufacturers.
